Intelipi is operational software for businesses that run on documents and transactions. We turn the contracts, certificates, invoices and records a business generates every day, and the transactions moving through the systems it already runs on, into one place you can question in plain language, and get back answers you can trust, with their source.
Why We Exist
They're just scattered across inboxes, documents, systems and transactions, and no one can see the whole picture at once. So teams react late: to a missed renewal, an overlooked clause, a demurrage clock nobody was watching, a risk that only became obvious after it had already cost something.
We believe the day-to-day operation of a business should be something you can see, question, and stay ahead of, not something you piece together by hand after the fact. That's the future we're building toward with Intelipi Operational Intelligence: a living model of your operation that tracks every time-bound obligation, does the math, applies your rules, and tells you what's at risk and what to do about it, before it becomes a problem.
Getting there starts with the records an operation already generates: its documents and transactions. In document-heavy, deadline-driven operations, the obligations that matter live inside contracts, certificates and shipping paperwork, and in the transactions flowing through the systems a business already runs on. So we're beginning where the value is most immediate and most provable, then extending outward. It's the foundation everything else is built on.
What We're Building
Intelipi reads each document into structured, checkable fields, so every answer points back to the exact clause it came from. Nothing is inferred without a citation. It's where new customers start: one pile of documents turned into something you can question and trust.
Documents are the starting point, not the boundary. As Intelipi connects to the systems a business already runs on, ERP, TMS, CRM and others, it brings documents and transactions into one connected model of your operation, surfacing what needs attention before it turns into a problem.

Who We Are
Intelipi is built by a focused group with deep experience across enterprise software architecture, operational domains, and applied AI. Being deliberately small is the point: the people who design and build the product are the same people you'll work with directly, no layers, no handoffs to juniors.
We build carefully and close to our customers, so the product matures around real operational needs rather than assumptions.

Our ambition is international. Intelipi is built for document heavy operations anywhere in the world. Today we work hands-on with a select group of customers, partnering closely with each one so Intelipi fits the way their operation actually runs. The Name
Lipi (ලිපි) is the Sinhala word for the written record: a letter, an inscription, a document. Sri Lanka's written tradition stretches back more than two thousand years. Stone inscriptions in early Brahmi script date to the 3rd century BCE, and by the 1st century BCE scribes were incising text onto palm leaves, the puskola poth, or ola-leaf manuscripts, the medium that carried the island's knowledge, literature and records for close to two millennia.
Intelipi is lipi for a new age: the same instinct that put knowledge onto stone and palm leaf, carried into the digital and AI era, to capture what matters, preserve it, and make sense of it. The medium changes. The purpose doesn't.
